Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75

Robin, Kelly, and Second shift on February 20th 2026 were all beyond amazing. When we got there to check in Friday night their systems were down (worldwide problem, not property problem) and I didn't get their names but they were handling it beautifully. Smooth check in considering the issues, rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast Saturday was amazing and the attendant was attentive and very friendly. Spoke with Robin over the phone Friday afternoon and she was a delight. Kelly checked us out and was just as wonderful. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

We have stayed in Hampton Inn & Suites all over the US. The Hampton Inn & Suites - Knoxville/North I-75 is one of the best we have ever been in. It is very clean, great breakfast and lots of parking. The one thing that really stood out to us was the employees, they were very friendly and had a very positive attitude. The one person on the staff, Randy Cross, needs to be recognized as an outstanding employee by the management of this hotel. Randy just made our stay, which was short, one of the best. We will stay at this facility again in the near future. We highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75, and you may be lucky enough to have Randy Cross be your host.

Amazing staff! They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The front desk made me a fresh cup of coffee super late at night, which was a very nice gesture. The staff is what makes this hotel so special. They all deserve recognition for their hard work.

This hotel was EXCELLENT. From the moment we checked in until we checked out the entire staff went above and beyond. Perry, Roger, Heather and Robin were amazing. They always asked "hows your stay, do you need anything" Breakfast was excellent, the cleanest most well stocked hotel Breakfast I have seen. Penny does a great job. It shows that The Smith family takes pride in their hotels. The water, cookies, tootsie rolls were all a huge hit. Thank you

Overnight stop on way home from Florida to Michigan. Very nice rooms, clean, wonderful breakfast with ample seating. Pool, gym, fenced dog park on site. Had some issues with heat and the staff was very attentive and eventually moved us to a different room. Shout out to staffers Lauren, Bryce, Jonathan and Perry.

Very clean and good value. Great for kids and families. Staff was great! First impression was how clean everything was - the room, the gym, the pool, the dining area and lobby, and the public bathrooms. The breakfast was fantastic for a hotel. It would've easily been $60+ for our family for the same food at a restaurant! Also the regular coffee was superb! I would consider myself a big coffee snob and their drip tasted like a snobbish café! The staff helped with us traveling late at night with kids. They even let us check out much later than others so we could enjoy the pool in the morning. Very much appreciated by these tired parents!

We took a vacation road trip back to Ohio to see family and friends for first time in a few years. The decision was to split the travel time into two days. So, this was night one stop. Nice location away from the interstate noise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very fair prices for the season. Nice job!

I was oddly impressed with this hotel. We are local and live really close by (put up for insurance repairs) and know the area well. This hotel is very well, and I mean very well maintained. I was not expecting this considering we travel quite often and have stayed in what I would consider much nicer hotels. The pool, coming from someone who maintains them, was immaculate compared to much “nicer” hotels we’ve stayed at. Highly impressed. If you need a stay over while traveling I-75, I couldn’t recommend more!
